We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Alex to bring her vision to life – combining her creative design approach with our quality craftsmanship and expert installation.

Kitchen 1 - Smiths

Set on a rural South Auckland property, the Smiths wanted a kitchen that reflected rustic charm with a modern touch. Elegant Pietra di Savoia Perla benchtops from Laminam provide a striking contrast to the warm woodgrain of Laminex’s Melteca Planked Urban Oak used for the cabinetry. The splashback and rangehood are tiled in a gorgeous tile from Tile Space which completes the look with character and style.
A perfect example of how kitchen makeovers can blend character and contemporary design.
Kitchen 2 - Jenson

The Jensens 1920’s Bungalow was a beautiful home full of character but not that suitable for a growing family. Alex created that flow that was missing throughout the home, and designed a gorgeous kitchen using the Laminex Spinifex for the cabinetry paired with Caesarstone Frosty Carrina benchtops.
This project is a go-to inspiration for anyone looking for a kitchen renovation in Central Auckland or updating older homes.
Kitchen 3 - Monk

he Monk’s enjoy the location of the house Craig’s grandfather originally built. A lovely home which the couple wanted to modernize to suit a young family, preserving the Art Deco elements of the original home. The open-plan kitchen now has a peninsula for sitting at with Laminex’s Pietra Di Savoia benchtops. The palette also includes Laminex’s Danish Walnut cabinetry and a tiled half-moon rounded barback and end panel.

When the Lances moved in, their kitchen was tucked away and disconnected from the rest of the home. With a smart redesign by Alex, the space was transformed into a stunning, functional hub that takes full advantage of the home’s beautiful views. Featuring crisp Laminex Snowdrift cabinetry and a sleek HI-MACS Gemini benchtop, the kitchen is brought to life with vibrant teal tiles and a unique half-moon rounded corner — enhancing both flow and functionality in a compact space. It’s the perfect blend of style, space, and smart design. Changing the kitchen in this home with a considered design has made it infinitely more livable and ‘lovable.
